i reeaaaaaallllllllllyyyyy happy today.
BEAMS. haha.
had national jnrs triple jump today,
and i got in 2nd :D
okay fine BIG DEAL thats what you will say.
to me it IS a big deal. ho ho ho.

anyway, lets get on with the story (:
reached gombak pretty early
though it takes 1.5hrs to get there. SHEESH.
had loads of nerves on the trip and when at gombak
so i plugged in the iPod nano and it stopped me from thinking bout the jumps.

warming up felt so tiring and i was really lethargic doing it.
but surprisingly my body felt really good (:
no hamstring tightness and ankle was fine.

screwd up trial jumps and lost my balance on the first jump.
was pretty scared that i wouldnt qualify cause i did a BLOODY 10m!
but i was given another chance and did a 10.8m
got 2nd place.
COULD have done a 11m BUT i understepped AND overstepped.
sheesh man. never mind there's still nationals (:
i pretty psyched up already.

coach said he's willing to coach me after i go to jc :D
he thinks i can do SHOT PUT! hoh..
well well.
anyway i like my medal.

realised i've been mood swinging pretty badly these days.
turned on the water works on thursday night
slept pretty badly after that
was tired the whole day
adn suddenly im happy.
today i was really happy after my jumps
and now im quite sad simpyl cause i think i just screwd up some peoples lives.
sighh.
i think i'm turning into my own pity party and i think i need to stop soon.
bahh~
well i cant type much.
keyboard too noisy and sis wanna sleep.
