i am so so so bored. wok up at 11 today! it's the lastest i have ever woken up! i must have been really exhausted! i think i slept for 12hours and that is really long. oh well. watched Lord of the Rings : The Two Towers to occupy my time. its really nice (: the only problem was i couldn't hear the dialogue properly. music was louder then the words. sheesh. i think there's something wrong with my sound system. it has to go up to 80 to hear the dialogue properly with the music blasting in your ears. ugh. watching the show kind of impacted me a little when i saw small children having to take part in the war. it's really scary.

and i just remembered that i forgot to give my dad his Father's Day gift. oops. Just realised something, usually we would spend almost the whole day as a family on special occasions like Father's Day, but yesterday, my time was spent at Swift. the one day that was supposed to be special.. blahh.

here's a poem dedicated to all dads (yes i know its not Father's Day anymore)

Only a dad with a tired face,
Comine home from the daily race,
Bringing little of gold or fame,
To show how well he has played the game,
But glad in his heart that his own rejoice,
To see him come home are hear his voice.

Only a dad of a brood of four,
One of ten million men or more.
Plodding along in the daily strife,
Bearing the whips and scorns of life,
With never a whimper of pain and hate,
For the sake of those at home do wait.

Only a dad, neither rich nor proud,
Merely one of the suging crowd,
Toiling, striving, from day to day,
Facing whatever may come his way,
Silent whenever the harsh condemn
And bearing it all for the love of them!

Only a dad, but gives his all,
To smooth the way for his children small,
Doing with courage stern and grim,
The deeds that his father did for him.
This is the line that for him I pen:
Only a dad, but the best of men!
