100m i beat ashley :D YAY! sadly its only heats. hur hur... i MUST MUST MUST beat her in finals so i can get 150bucks. YAYY! sighh not easy..

triple basically sucked like anyones business! i had a personal WORST of 9.36m! even my first attempt at triple jump was way better than THAT! ultimate digust.. my best jump was a mere 10.05cm. beat phy by 3cm. RAH! disgusting revolting repulsive ghastly.. you get the point.

was super emo after that. emo-ed all the way home. in the mids of her emoness cheryl forgot to take her pencil box and file home. ROCKS!

irwin didnt appear after jumps so i had no massage ): it so happened that i had lots of pains that day. rahh.

rushed home after that since dad's uni friend's family came over for dinner. man his friends kids are HUGE! they're 19 and 22 and they're BODYBUILDERS! my gosh.. ate seafood and had chilli crab which cheered me up (:

cheerleading was cancelled today and there was relay training at the same time! hansen told me about it yesterday but when i recieve the msg that cheerleading was cancelled, training slipped my mind and i went back to sleep. kenji had to cal me at 930! HAHA! oops.. i feel so guilty rahh..

spent the whole day watching tv. what a waste of tim but what entertainment i had (:
